I came to creative direction through the side doors.

Large-scale festivals taught me that spontaneity depends on schedules, credentials, movement, labor, contingency planning, and thousands of decisions the audience never sees.

Construction, permitting, scenic work, and immersive production taught me to treat space as both an emotional medium and a physical fact.
