What I was walking into
Full Court Press was the second-day anchor within a two-day Clinic program. Day One paired Skills & Drills with product fitting and mentorship for young basketball players. Day Two moved into Foot Locker Desert Sky for a leadership panel, product storytelling and the Give & Grow basketball-planter workshop.

What caught my attention
Women’s basketball was receiving greater brand attention, but visibility alone could not establish belonging. The program needed a clear relationship among product history, mentorship, participation and the people already shaping the game.

What I shaped
I led the live-experience concept and directed the environmental-branding system across the court, bleachers, backboard, product pedestals, certificates and retail panel environment. I connected the two days through mentorship: the first day demonstrated it through training, while Full Court Press made its ideas explicit through conversation, questions and a guided creative workshop.

What became real
Skills & Drills brought Kiki Rice, Kiyomi McMiller, Mikayla Williams and Linnae Harper together with young players in Clinic uniforms and new footwear. Full Court Press followed with moderator Alicia-Monique Blanco and panelists Melody Ehsani, Aerial Powers and Mistie Boyd, then extended the conversation through the Give & Grow workshop.

What stayed with me
Mentorship became the narrative bridge between physical and conversational programming. Day One allowed participants to experience guidance through movement. Day Two gave them language, context and an object they could make and carry away.
